Feller House guests have been enjoying the bounty of our apples and pears this fall served as a first course as well as fresh in guest baskets in their rooms.
3 bosc pears
1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 TBSP. honey for drizzle
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice in half and scoop out seeds of pears
Cut a little slice off of back to it will sit flat in dish.
Put halves in baking dish with a few blueberries in the center of each.
Sprinkle pecans over blueberries then sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon
Drizzle honey over all.
Bake at 375 degrees about for about 20 minutes. Serve with yogurt and granola or whipped cream.
